Your meal will be prepared at the kitchen's discretion, using the best ingredients.

These meals are tailored towards maximum creative flexibility by the kitchen such that no diet restrictions can be accommodated. Patrons with diet restrictions are welcome to try the regular dining menu.

Wine and cocktails to accompany the meal will be suggested by your host and may be ordered à la carte from the bar.

Seats are made available up to two months in advance. Reservations with pre-payment are required and are made online at this website. Beverage and gratuity are not included.

You may reserve any number of seats from one to eight, depending on availability for your selected date. However, please be aware that large parties will be split into groups of four.

Dinner service begins each night promptly at 7:30pm. A 7pm arrival at the restaurant is suggested. Late patrons are advised that they will be joining the meal already in progress.
